Since the blog will be low on pictures for a week or two while I wait for my phone to be replaced I thought I'd pst some of my favourites from the past year to try and maintain your interest in my little site! The first year of my new R440, Holly! We start with Hollys birthday last week, I thought I'd mark the occasion since I was in the yard with a picture of her next to her mother Doris, a '97 Streamline In the mountains of Snowdonia with a UK Mail trailer earlier this year I quite like the contrast between dark and light on this one! Listen to me sounding all arty! In a warehouse, how exciting! Early morning in the yard washing and fuelling I was on the company Christmas card last year! #LampeterLorrySpotting; Spring Into May

Ahoy ahoy to my regular blog visitors. All 3 of them. Was four but sadly one passed away last week at 101. Why do the good always die young? God bless dear Miss Eucalyptus McGarnagle, you’ll be missed. Hope Friday finds you well and enjoying sun. Here’s this weeks #LampeterLorrySpotting pictures and in link a video you may have missed when uploaded. Talking about electric trucks. Have a great rest of day and a spiffing weekend. Bertie says ‘they can all eat cat s**t for all I care’. Words of wisdom I think we can all agree.  My email is always open to requests for help/advice, opinions and let’s face it abuse. Also need more pics for Kids Corner and nominations of trucks for #TopTrucksTuesday -  lorrydriverluke@live.com  ๐Ÿ’ Social Media & YouTube Links  ๐Ÿšš Donations  ๐Ÿ’š

Hello chums. Second installment of my weekly listening post. I was on holiday with a friend in America last week and thankfully for £5 a day Vodafone let me use my phone as if I'm in UK, so we drove around streaming 6 Music & Radio 4. Firstly the Today Programme. In my humble opinion it is the best news programme out there. The joys of iplayer meant we could listen as we set off in morning. If I don't listen to at least an hour my day feels off kilter. Radio 4 Today Programme 21/6/17  (This is today's) Farming Toda y - Another programme I love which is on before Today is Farming Today. If you have any interest in the world around you and what we eat you'll enjoy your 15 minute daily segment  Tweet of the Day  - Who else but Radio 4 would create a little slot called Tweet or the Day and make it about bird sounds!   The Untold  - The Untold is often great, though I find Grace Dents whisper somewhat irritating Our Man in the Middle East  - Our Man in the M...
